Ana is a Client Delivery Executive with Flexsource Solutions, part of CPL Group and has more than 7 years’ experience specializing in Light Industrial Sector here in Ireland. 

Ana leads a team of 3 for Light Industrial Industry and is the person to go to for various matters.

Ana is responsible for attending all initiation meetings with HR and the hiring managers to discuss any new requirements on site. Ana is providing all relevant market insights and supporting Clients with its recruitment by preparing materials for advertising on our traditional recruitment platforms including the Flexsource website, jobs boards and social media.

Ana will also provide candidates with all the information about the roles on site and give them an in-depth insight as to the role and its expectations so candidates can make an informed decision about starting the role before joining the team onsite.  As part of our engagement with candidates Ana will also provide all candidates with the relevant onboarding procedures.

Ana will conduct all the pre-screening of candidates ensuring that only a diversified range are shortlisted and presented to Clients.

Ana works with a big portfolio of clients and has  made many placements with these organisations and more, specialising in roles such as General Operative, Warehouse Operative and a wide range of Forklift Drivers.
