Dubravka joined Flexsource Solutions in April 2025 as a Client Delivery Support and progressed to Client Delivery Associate in April 2026. Dubravka specializes in recruitment and workforce coordination across the visitor experience, retail and hospitality sectors, supporting high-volume staffing operations and delivering best-fit candidates for client needs.
Dubravka completed the CIPD Diploma in Professional Human Resource Practice in April 2026 and earned Associate Membership with the CIPD.
