Flexsource are currently seeking 2 Counter Managers in Dublin City & Blanchardstown for our Luxury client.
As a Counter Manager you will be responsible for the successful execution of the counter team as well as responsible for training and motivating the team to achieve the counter’s targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations at the counter location.
Lead and motivate a team of over 30 staff members including HR and all admin.
Implement strategies to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Stock and inventory management.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the retail sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.
