Manufacturing Operative

Flexsource are currently seeking Warehouse/Manufacturing Operatives in Coachford Business Park, Clonmoyle.

Candidates must have the ability to perform in a high paced environment.

They will be required to work as part of a team to assemble components in the factory, while ensuring that the factory is operated in an efficient and safe manner.

Job Description: 

Working as part of a small team, so willingness to work across a variety of roles required.

Assembling timber frame housing panels (lay out timbers, fit metal plates, press plates).

Installation of insulation, and fitting breather membranes & airtightness to assembled panels .

Screw fixing of battens to the panels.

Slabbing specific panels with plasterboard.

Quality control of the components being manufactured.

Requirement to assist with loading of truck trailers for dispatching of panels to site.

Tidying and organizing to maintain a presentable and well-maintained warehouse.

Practice workplace safety at all times.

Any and all other duties reasonably required and appropriate to the role.

Experience :

Knowledge of / experience working with timber products is desirable

Warehouse Experience 6 months plus

Working Hours : 39 hours p.w. - Monday to Thursday (8am to 4:30pm), Friday (8am to 3:30pm)

Starting Date: Immediate

Rate of Ray : 14.50 Per Hour
