Cpl have been asked to support our client who are a global leader and heritage brand name in the manufacture of medical device products and technologies for over 125 years. 

The company are a pioneering specialist in the healthcare industry from vitro and vivo diagnostics, producing unique and market leading image-guided therapy equipment and cancer care products and treatments.

As their plant in Dublin continues to undergo a significant expansion in 2025, they are now looking to recruit a number of Manufacturing Process Technicians for their 2-cycle shift operation in their facility in Swords.

Working on 2 rotating shift patterns (7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday), thy are offering an industry leading salary, bonus, pension, healthcare, overtime etc…

These job opportunities are for an initial 23-month (fixed term contract with the company direct) 

These are not agency contracts; they are Staff employment contracts with a planned start date of early to mid-January / February 2025.

The job is an initial 23-month contract offering a market leading and competitive base salary, shift premium, overtime as well as healthcare, medical expenses and bonus after completing of probation periods with the potential to transition to full time employment at the completion of the contract.

• The shift pattern is Days – 7am to 3pm Mon to Friday.

• Evenings – 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday.

Manufacturing Process Technician Description:

• The job requires the manufacturing Technician to be flexible and can maintain focus whilst under pressure.

• It is essential that manufacturing Technician is coming from a high-volume manufacturing background with a minimum of 2 years direct experience in a high-speed high volume manufacturing environment.

• Manufacturing Technician should be able to multitask and solve problems that arise in the warehouse. The job requires these problems to be resolved quickly and efficient.

• The successful manufacturing Technician should have the ability to work on their own initiative.

The successful Manufacturing Technician will possess:

• At least 2 years high volume experience is required.

• Excellent communications are essential for the job.

• Manufacturing Technician must be able to multitask and have a proven track record.

• Be a good problem solver.

• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma or another GMP environment is highly preferable.

Other industries that will be considered are FMCG, Food & Beverage manufacturing, Chemical production or Semi-Conductor industries.

• Team player attitude is essential.
