Flexsource is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established international company in the agri-food industry based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Grain handling and general yard duties
• Manual handling of bags weighing up to 20kg
• Operating production line and warehouse machinery
• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods against delivery documentation
• Ensuring materials are stored and handled correctly
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly shifts (Monday to Friday)

Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Evening Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rate

€16.98 per hour
(€14.15 base rate + 20% shift allowance)
