Job Description;
Flexsource is hiring to join a dedicated team committed to Excellence in Funeral Care while enjoying meaningful work, professional development, and robust support systems.
Travel required across Hospitals, residences, nursing homes, hospices, churches, crematoriums, cemeteries, and other relevant locations.
Key Responsibilities;
- To drive all Company vehicles as instructed
- Industry experience (desirable)
- Consistently show a high level of sensitivity, professionalism and understanding when dealing with bereaved families.
- Preparing and fitting coffins, grave makers, including engraving name-plates.
- Ensure personal behavior conforms to Company standards at all times.
- Ability to use email and HR Locker system
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements;
- Essential Licenses: SPSV license & Full, clean B Driver's License
- Minimum of 24 months professional driving experience (services industry preferred)
- Clear and precise communication skill
- Knowledge of Dublin City & County
- To engage fully with the Funeral Operative Protocol guidelines.
Hours;
- Up to 6 hours per day
- Typical start time: 8:00 / 9:30 AM - 2:00 –3:30 PM
- Flexibility required/Saturday is a core working day
Pay;
- Monday to Friday: €20 per hour/ Saturday: €25 per hour
